Cancellation and Clinic Policy
1. Cancellations/No-Shows:
Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice will be charged 100% of the session fee to compensate the therapist.
2. Notice Period:
Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
3. Deposit Policy:
A deposit is required to secure your booking. Appointments may be canceled if the deposit is not paid at least one day prior.
4. Card Processing Fee:
The initial card processing fee paid during booking is non-refundable in case of cancellations.
5. Contact for Changes:
Cancellations or changes must be made by calling 0873485533. Text or email cancellations will not be accepted.
6. Late Arrival:
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time, but the full session fee will still apply.
7. No-Show Consequences:
No-shows will forfeit the ability to make future bookings.
8. Booked Time:
Full session fees apply even if the session ends early at the client’s request.

Clinic Guidelines
1. Valuables:
Do not bring valuables to the clinic. We are not responsible for lost items.
2. Purpose of Treatments:
Treatments are for stress relief and muscular tension only. Therapists do not diagnose illnesses or conditions.
3. Health Updates:
Inform your therapist of any health changes or unusual discomfort experienced during the session.
4. Cupping Therapy:
Cupping therapy may cause bruising that can last up to three weeks.

Professional Boundaries
1. Client Feedback:
Feedback on pressure or discomfort is encouraged to ensure the best experience.
2. Session Termination:
Therapists reserve the right to end sessions if they feel the session is not conducted therapeutically. In such cases, the full session fee will still apply.
